🔔 Booking & Service Details:

✔️ A $400 non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of checkout or order confirmation to begin the custom design process and secure your service date
✔️ The remaining balance is due either 3 weeks from the retainer date or 4 weeks prior to the confirmed service date—whichever comes first
✔️ A secure payment link will be sent to the email or phone number provided
✔️ Please ensure open communication—delays in response may affect scheduling. This is a time-sensitive service, and available calendar dates are limited
✔️ We will arrive rain, shine, sleet, or snow on your confirmed date
✔️ Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma are considered surrounding service areas
✔️ Additional travel fees apply for states outside of this region
